What do these 2 things have in common you ask? It was a collaboration of a new spirit by the company that makes ROOT (Art in the Age) and a wonderful farm to table restaurant,
SUPPER, located on South St. in Philly. The cocktails were delicious and the food was fresh! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner/chef and was excited to learn about his farm. He travels daily to pick what is fresh to serve in his restaurant. The folks from
SNAP were delightful and I always love trying new spirits. I hope to create some interesting cocktails soon with SNAP and was honored to be a part of their launch party!
